La Finals della National Basketball Association (NBA) è la serie di campionati dell'NBA e la conclusione della sua postseason. Tutte le finali sono state giocate nel migliore dei sette formati e sono contestate tra i vincitori della Eastern Conference e della Western Conference (precedentemente divisioni prima del 1970), tranne nel 1950 quando il campione della Eastern Division affrontò il vincitore tra Western e Campioni della divisione centrale. Dal 1946 al 1949, quando la lega era conosciuta come la Basketball Association of America (BAA), i playoff erano un torneo in tre fasi in cui i due semifinali si erano giocati in finale. La squadra vincitrice della serie riceve il Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy.
L'attuale formato in casa e fuori casa nelle Finali NBA è 2–2–1–1–1 (la squadra con il miglior record della stagione regolare gioca sul campo di casa nei Giochi 1, 2, 5 e 7), che è stato usato negli anni 1947-1948, 1950-1952, 1957-1970, 1972-1974, 1976-1977, 1979-1984 e 2014-presente. In precedenza era in un formato 2-3–2 (la squadra con il record di stagione regolare migliore gioca sul campo di casa nei Giochi 1, 2, 6 e 7) durante il 1949, il 1953–1955 e il 1985–2013, in un 1–1–1–1–1–1–1 nel 1956 e 1971 e nel formato 1–2–2–1–1 nel 1975 e nel 1978.
La Eastern Conference / Division guida la Western Conference / Division in serie vinte (39–34). La Divisione Centrale defunta, esistente durante la stagione NBA del 1949–50, quando la NBA fu divisa in tre divisioni e diversa dall'attuale Divisione Centrale creata nel 1970, quando l'allora Eastern Division esistente fu potenziata come conferenza, vinse un campionato. I Boston Celtics e i Minneapolis / Los Angeles Lakers possiedono da soli quasi la metà dei titoli, avendo vinto un totale di 33 di 73 campionati. A partire dal 2025, i campioni in carica sono i Toronto Raptors, che fanno la storia come la prima squadra al di fuori degli Stati Uniti a vincere.
